Matthew
Merritt-Harrison,
Managing
Partner
Matthew
has over 30 years experience in the catering industry and combines
senior operations management experience within the contract catering
sector with 15 years’ consultancy experience. Matthew’s
particular areas of expertise include financial performance analysis
and negotiation of contractual arrangements.
Matthew
is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and chair of the audit
committee. He is a professional member and on the national executive
of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI). Matthew
is also an associate member of the Hospital Caterers Association.
Matthew has a postgraduate certificate in International Hospitality
Design and Management Consultancy and is currently studying part-time
for an MSc at Sheffield Hallam University.

Anne
Merritt-Harrison, Administration Partner
Anne
is responsible for the day to day administration of the consultancy,
including preparation
and production of consultancy documentation,
sourcing of services and equipment, and
management of financial systems and support. Anne is a qualified
linguist and experienced in human resources, recruitment, retail management
and administration.

Sandra
Reid,
Consultant
Sandra
has a solid background in catering management in public restaurant
and visitor attraction environments, on both operator and client sides.
Her consultancy experience includes business development, tendering,
quality and financial monitoring of catering facilities in commercial
and public environments.
Sandra
is a member of the Institute of Hospitality, the Foodservice Consultants
Society International and the Royal Environmental Health Institute
of Scotland. She also holds the HACCP Advanced Diploma, allowing her
to train staff and assist clients to develop HACCP systems.

Christine
Puttick, Consultant
A graduate
of the University of Surrey, Christine Puttick’s professional
career began with the largest local authority in the UK. Later, she
established thriving retail sales outlets for two major charities.
Christine has worked as section manager for one of the largest high
street retailers. During this time, she was responsible for building
the highest turnover to date for the retail catering operation. Under
her management, it was recognised as a ‘centre of excellence’
and became a training site for the group’s under performing
operations.
Christine
has considerable expertise on HACCP, legal compliance and licensing,
as well as issues relating to recruitment and customer service. She
is a member of the Institute of Hospitality, a Senior Associate Member
of the Foodservice Consultants Society International and a personal
licence holder.

Heather
Coverly, Public Relations and Marketing Manager
Heather
manages the consultancy's marketing,
sales and website development, and provides specialist advice
on the marketing
of catering services. With a background in customer services, Heather
has over 20 years experience in public relations, marketing and communications.
Heather
is a member of The Association of Certified IT Professionals (ACITP)
and holds the Diploma in Web Design Level III and the CAM Certificate
(Communications, Advertising and Marketing).

Pam
Cribbin,
Secretary
Pam
provides administrative and secretarial support to the consultancy,
including quality control of consultancy documentation and management
of catering reference material and databases.
A qualified linguist, Pam's background includes business and industry
experience in Europe.
