sector with 13 years’ consultancy experience. Matthew’s
particular areas of expertise include financial performance analysis
and negotiation of contractual arrangements.

of the Institute of Hospitality and chair of the audit committee.
He is a professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society
International (FCSI).
Anne
Merritt-Harrison, Administration Partner
Anne
is responsible for the day to day administration of the consultancy,
including preparation
and production of consultancy documentation,
sourcing of services and equipment, and
management of financial systems and support. Anne is a qualified
linguist and experienced in human resources, recruitment, retail management
and administration.
Sandra
has a solid background in catering management in public restaurant
and visitor attraction environments, on both operator and client sides.
Her consultancy experience includes business development, tendering,
quality and financial monitoring of catering facilities in commercial
and public environments.
Sandra
is a member of both the Institute of Hospitality and the Royal Environmental
Health Institute of Scotland. She also holds the HACCP Advanced Diploma,
allowing her to train staff and assist clients in developing HACCP
systems.
Christine
combines considerable operational management experience within the
retail catering sector with a sound understanding of food hygiene,
health and safety, human resources and customer service issues. Her
consultancy experience includes quality monitoring of catering facilities,
operational reviews and
tendering of catering services.
Christine
is a member of the Institute of Hospitality and a personal licence
holder.

Coverly, Public Relations and Marketing Manager
Heather
manages the consultancy's marketing,
sales and website development, and provides specialist advice
on the marketing
of catering services.
With
a background in financial services and local government, Heather is
experienced in public
relations, marketing and communications within both the public and
private sectors.

Pam
provides administrative and secretarial support to the consultancy,
including quality control of consultancy documentation and management
of catering reference material and databases.
A qualified linguist, Pam's background includes business and industry
experience in Europe.
